Everyone is invited to a Once in a Lifetime Event…. FREE Milonga on 02 Oct Sunday from 2pm to 5pm.

Directions – Circle Line to Farrer Station. Take a walk up the hill opposite Empress Rd Market ( good hawker stalls) Farrer Drive. Arrive at Sommervill Park Blk 79. A 15 storey apartment blk. Inform the guardpost that you are attending the function at the poolside. Walk through the Lobby of Blk 79 to the opposite side faciing the swimming pool/ function room/cafe/minimart is right there.. follow the sound of Tango music:-)))

Free Circle Rides from 10am to 6pm with the opening of 12 new lines on the Circle Line (see http://www.circlelinediscovery.sg/ for more details) .

The Southern Skies WCS Competition has been re-named to the New Zealand Open Swing Dance Championships and has been approved as a World Swing Dance Council registry event and is also part of the AANCE tour.

We are delighted to be welcoming back Shane McIntyre and Keri McLean from Denver, Colorado (Professional dancers) and also looking forward to having Trevor and Chelsea Spika also from Denver, Colorado (Pro dancers). Both couples will be teaching workshops, privates and performing during the weekend.

We’re really excited to be running our second New Zealand WCS competition and want to make it as accessible as possible to both you and your students, so we are making the following offer to WCS studio owners:
For every five students who register for a full weekend pass for the New Zealand Open Swing Dance Championships the Studio Owner will get one free full weekend pass.
Note: Passes must be paid for by 30th September to qualify & when they register, they need to enter your studio name.
