Hustle is a popular Disco dance made popular by the 1977 movie “Saturday Night Fever” starring John Travolta. It is done to music that has a continuous pulsing beat including those used for Disco Rock. It is also a high-energy dance where the lady is being spotlighted as a Diva with emphasis on arm styling, footwork and turn patterns. Continue reading
